[Women in Tech]: Why Are They Still Underrepresented? Join us on May 16 for an evening dedicated to women , where we’ll discuss their role in the tech industry.
The figures are telling: only 20% of available tech jobs are held by women, even though nearly 78% of companies in the sector say they want to hire in a market facing a significant skills shortage.
So? What steps need to be taken and what strategies can be used to accelerate women’s careers in tech?
During this event, to which both men and women are, of course, invited, we will try to break down barriers and work together to find solutions:
- The lack of appeal of the tech sector for women and female students
- The challenge of advancing women's careers as much as men's
- The low retention rate among female employees, which leads to a lack of senior women in the tech industry
