Renewal of CIR/CII Certification

knoell France

Securing CIR/CII certification for knoell clients

After two years of successful collaboration with Dynergie on securing its CIR status, knoell France sought to renew its CIR/CII certification, as well as that of its German parent company, Knoell GmbH.

This approval is essential to enable corporate clients—whether French or based in France—to continue reporting their subcontracting activities with knoell under the CIR/CII program.

our response

Application Package for Renewal of CIR/CII Certification for the Years 2025–2027

The support provided by Dynergie took the following form:

1. Identification of the R&D project and the key company profiles to be described in the application for approval

2. Compilation of the administrative file

3. Drafting the technical description of a research project conducted by the company

4. Submission of the application package and the CERFA form for renewal of CIR/CII certification

The results

CIR/CII certification granted to knoell GmbH and knoell France

CIR/CII certification has been granted to both Knoell France and Knoell GmbH, enabling them to continue serving as certified subcontractors for the research tax credit and the innovation tax credit.

Strategic advantage

This initiative serves as a strategic tool, both for Knoell—by enhancing its commercial appeal—and for its clients, who can benefit from a significant tax advantage.

The company's credibility in conducting R&D

This success is a testament to the company's research capabilities, which are demonstrated by the excellence of its completed projects and the in-depth expertise of its scientific teams, composed of PhDs and engineers.

In conclusion.

Beyond its administrative success, this collaboration demonstrates mutual trust and the ability to effectively present complex R&D activities to the authorities. A structured, responsive, and rigorous approach that supports knoell’s growth and technical excellence.
