ADEME, a key player in the ecological transition, sought to boost the number of applications for the ORMAT call for projects. Dynergie, an expert in innovation consulting (strategy, management, and financing), was engaged to structure and support this initiative.

Engagement and Support for the ORMAT Call for Proposals

1. Communication: Developing and monitoring an editorial calendar that combines LinkedIn posts, webinars, and informational emails.

2. Acquisition: Launch of targeted sales prospecting campaigns tailored to different types of waste generators and recycled materials.

3. Qualification: Conducting in-depth discussions with project sponsors to understand their projects and funding needs.

4. Validation: Determining whether applicants are eligible for the ORMAT call for projects in collaboration with ADEME, and referring them to other programs if necessary.

5. Coaching: Refining and structuring projects, reviewing applications, and providing support through the submission process.

6. Writing: Assistance with drafting applications for applicants who request it, offered as an additional service.

The results

Successful mobilization of project leaders

The Île-de-France region has moved up from 7th to 3rd place among regions with the most ORMAT applications, thanks to 30 applications submitted.

Personalized support for project leaders

Ten startups received in-depth coaching from Dynergie, which helped improve the quality and relevance of the proposals they submitted.

The structured support provided in connection with the ORMAT call for proposals made it possible to effectively engage project leaders and improve the quality of the applications.
