L'ADEME, acteur clé de la transition écologique, souhaitait dynamiser les candidatures pour l'appel à projets ORMAT. Dynergie, expert du conseil en innovation (stratégie, management et financement) a été sollicité pour structurer et accompagner cette initiative.
Engagement and Support for the ORMAT Call for Proposals
1. Communication: Developing and monitoring an editorial calendar that combines LinkedIn posts, webinars, and informational emails.
2. Acquisition: Launch of targeted sales prospecting campaigns tailored to different types of waste generators and recycled materials.
3. Qualification: Conducting in-depth discussions with project sponsors to understand their projects and funding needs.
4. Validation: Determining whether applicants are eligible for the ORMAT call for projects in collaboration with ADEME, and referring them to other programs if necessary.
5. Coaching: Refining and structuring projects, reviewing applications, and providing support through the submission process.
6. Writing: Assistance with drafting applications for applicants who request it, offered as an additional service.
