CleanTech Vallée is an initiative that brings together local governments and private and public sector stakeholders in the Gard region, with a focus on driving the industrial ecological transition. It focuses on green innovation in areas such as carbon-free energy, green mobility, and the circular economy.
Acceleration & Open Innovation
The CleanTech Booster program is an acceleration initiative within this association, designed to support the development of innovative projects in these fields. CleanTech Vallée has enlisted Dynergie to accelerate the development of innovative startups and SMEs and to foster open innovation among its various stakeholders.
Support for startups and large corporations
Diagnosis and Strategy for Winners: A thorough, holistic analysis of each startup’s specific needs to develop customized strategic plans.
Support for award winners: Comprehensive support and proactive implementation of the strategies identified during the assessment.
Analysis of the challenges faced by each founding member: Identification of operational needs and expectations regarding the program.
Open innovation: Identifying synergies among various stakeholders to create opportunities for partnerships and projects within the Dynergie program and network.
Project Funding: Providing startups and projects with access to all of Dynergie’s expertise, including available innovation funding programs (grants, tax incentives, calls for proposals, bank loans, etc.).
Program coordination: Organizing meetings between startups and the Cleantech Valley ecosystem, thematic workshops, etc.

An attractive Booster program and Cleantech Valley
Innovation in cleantech is currently driven primarily by the Île-de-France and Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes regions, leaving little room for other regions. Yet these regions, which are home to key industries, are better positioned to leverage these innovations. The challenge for the Dynergie teams is therefore to help Cleantech Vallée expand its influence and position itself among the most attractive regions, in order to attract talent and mission-driven companies.

Dynergie’s support throughout the fifth season of the CleanTech Booster program aims to invigorate the green innovation ecosystem in Occitanie. It fosters synergies between startups, SMEs, and large corporations to drive innovation and sustainable development, while enhancing the region’s appeal.

Cleantech Vallée, an association comprised of private and public sector founders, engaged Dynergie to lead, develop, and support the Cleantech Booster program. As part of its support services, Dynergie structured the preparation sessions for the selection process and the participants’ pitches, organized events, and coordinated with industry leaders and companies to facilitate networking opportunities. They were also tasked with training the participants and raising their awareness of Cleantech Vallée’s key challenges. Thanks to their dedication, professionalism, and dynamism, the entire Season 5 cohort of participants has become a close-knit and committed group that is making significant progress.
