Building an Innovation Roadmap in Two Days

Contexte et objectifs

La branche Industrial Hoses de Trelleborg souhaitait proposer des solutions innovantes pour créer des relais de croissance pour l'entreprise.

Dynergie a été sollicité pour accompagner les équipes de Trelleborg dans la création de la roadmap innovation (solutions et technologies) à 3-5 ans et ainsi remplir le pipe de futurs projets d’innovation stratégiques pour la société en adéquation avec les besoins du marché.

Co-construction de la roadmap innovation

Dynergie a adopté la démarche Design thinking condensée en deux jours pour accompagner Trelleborg à l'émergence de cette roadmap innovation.

Lors de ce sprint, les participants ont d'abord été plongés dans une démarche d'empathie pour mieux comprendre leurs clients, puis ont identifiés les points de douleurs et besoins qui ont abouti à la formulation d'une problématique unique.

Le deuxième jour a été consacré à l'inspiration grâce à un gallery walk préparé par les équipes Dynergie, puis à l'idéation pour faire émerger des idées de projets innovants. Sur la base de la sélection et la priorisation des projets, les équipes ont ensuite approfondi quelques idées et ont construit une roadmap de mise en oeuvre de ces projets d'innovation.

Des équipes pluridisciplinaires

Les deux jours de design sprint ont permis de former les participants de plusieurs départements (marketing, commerce, R&D...) à la démarche Design Thinking et de développer l’intelligence collective entre les différents départements.

Une roadmap de projets d'innovation

Plusieurs typologies de projets ont émergés : des améliorations de produits existants, la création de nouvelles solutions, et l'exploration de nouvelles technologies.
