Definition of the new intrapreneurship program

Radio France

Founded in 1975, Radio France is France’s leading radio group, comprising 7 complementary channels and 44 local stations dedicated to sharing culture and music with as many people as possible.

Build a new custom solution

Radio France’s intrapreneurship program, called “L’Accélérateur,” has been in existence for five years and plays a key role in driving innovation at Radio France. In recent years, employee engagement in the program had been waning, and a desire to revamp the format emerged.

‍

Through this support, Radio France hoped to breathe new life into the program by involving its employees in its development.

our response

A program designed by and for employees

Through a series of four workshops, we sought to engage and inspire the teams at Radio France by painting a current picture of the Accelerator and developing an operational roadmap to bring a shared vision to life.

‍

Workshop No. 1: The Vision

This first workshop aimed to evaluate how the Accelerator currently operates, identify its strengths and weaknesses, and define the long-term vision for the intrapreneurship program.

‍

Workshop No. 2: The Process

In this second workshop, we identified the key structural criteria needed to achieve the vision outlined in the previous workshop.

‍

Workshop No. 3: The Launch

This workshop made it possible to identify and prioritize concrete actions to be taken to ensure the implementation of the structural criteria of this new program.

‍

Workshop No. 4: Practical Applications

This final workshop laid out the various steps needed to implement the program, assigning a deadline and a person in charge for each.

The results

A New Innovation Initiative

With Dynergie’s support, Radio France was able to design a new internal innovation initiative, featuring a revamped format and concrete steps to implement it. This program was launched in the 2024 season.

Engaged Employees

The workshops led by our experts brought together a diverse group of participants from all levels of the organization at Radio France, providing us with the right resources and insights to design the ideal innovation program for Radio France.

Innovation as Seen by Radio France

Matthieu Beauval, Head of Acceleration, shares his vision for innovation at Radio France and the collaboration with Dynergie.

In conclusion.

Once again, the collaboration between Radio France and Dynergie has been successful. The new format of the intrapreneurship program meets the expectations and needs that were expressed. In addition to a shared vision, the new program was piloted as early as 2024.

Karima El Mhizli

Head of the Intrapreneurship Program at Radio France

As the head of L’Accélérateur (Radio France’s intrapreneurship program), I had the opportunity to collaborate with Dynergie on the design of its new format: transitioning from an innovation competition to a true intrapreneurship program involving the company’s various departments. This experience was not only enriching, but it also played a key role in structuring the program and engaging stakeholders—and ultimately in the success of our initiative. From the very beginning, the Dynergie team demonstrated a deep understanding of our specific needs and provided innovative ideas to shape a tailor-made program. Their expertise in supporting innovative projects was clearly evident at every stage of the process. Their collaborative approach added significant value, and even beyond the design phase, Dynergie maintained a transparent and thought-provoking dialogue throughout the entire process.
