Pioneering Innovation in Childcare: The Challenge Facing FPSA

In order to offer an increasingly comprehensive range of services, particularly in the baby care sector, FPSA sought to innovate by developing plastic product concepts that would have a strong impact on users, with the aim of promoting them to its customers.

To achieve this goal, the company turned to Dynergie’s expertise to identify high-value-added opportunities that align with consumer needs and market trends.

From Idea to Innovation: The Dynergie-FPSA Collaboration

Dynergie guided FPSA through a five-step strategic study:

‍‍

Understanding customer capabilities and needs:

  • ‍Anin-depth analysisof the FPSA Group, its working methods, and its long-term goals, thereby laying the strategic groundwork for the collaboration.

Identifying market opportunities:

  • Identifying market pain points and emerging trends.
  • Field research in baby stores, on-site interviews with parents, and social media analysis informed the strategic decisions.

Concept:

  • Developing solutions to address pain points during a creative workshop. Each solution was evaluated based on specific criteria to determine its potential impact.

User testing:

  • Modeling and testing each solution with parents to gauge their response, thereby ensuring that the concepts align with market expectations.

Strategic recommendations:

  • Formulating strategic recommendations based on the results of user testing, guiding FPSA toward concrete decisions for the development of new products.

The results

3 solutions identified.

Identification of three innovative concepts that have generated significant interest among parents and opened up new opportunities for FPSA in the baby care sector.

A proven methodology.

Validation of the methodology used, leading to a new initiative focused on training FPSA employees in creativity and innovation, thereby strengthening the company’s culture of innovation.

In conclusion.

This successful collaboration has propelled FPSA to the forefront of innovation in the baby care industry. The tangible results and validation of the methodology not only demonstrate the effectiveness of the Dynergie-FPSA partnership but also attest to FPSA’s ability to adapt and excel in strategic areas through an innovative approach.

CEO

I would like to highlight the professionalism of Mario, Johan, and the DYNERGIE Team!!! Their responsiveness was impeccable throughout the entire program. They approach the topic of innovation by thinking outside the box; their approach is both highly engaging and very pragmatic. Our goal was to create high-value product concepts that meet consumer expectations in the BABY CARE sector and make the best use of FPSA’s capabilities, expertise, and production assets. Our aim was to present innovative concepts to brands (retailers) to secure co-contracting and manufacturing agreements based on “blue ocean” concepts. A big CONGRATULATIONS, as the mission was accomplished, and it allowed us to propose concepts to our prospects and clients. Not stopping there, we then followed up with a dynergie training session on implementing “design thinking” workshops to master the method and become fully self-sufficient in this brand-new approach.

They rose to the challenge
