In 2022, Orange Business aimed to restructure its innovation management to better promote innovation both internally and within its ecosystem.
This initiative aimed to redefine internal innovation processes, improve the organization and management of innovation, and effectively implement the new operational model for innovation.
Defining and Optimizing Innovation
Dynergie launched this two-pronged strategic initiative at Orange Business.
First, we structured the innovation management framework, which included interviews with innovation leaders from major corporations and an in-depth benchmarking analysis to identify trends and best practices. This resulted in tailored recommendations for a customized innovation strategy.
Second, Dynergie focused on the "Customer Innovation Center" at the request of Orange Business. The approach included a detailed analysis of the needs of internal users. Workshops were organized to clearly define the center’s vision and organizational structure. Finally, a detailed restructuring plan was developed.
