Born from the merger of the three ports of Le Havre, Rouen, and Paris, HAROPA PORT has placed innovation at the heart of its business strategy as a key driver for enhancing its appeal and competitiveness on an international scale. As part of a pilot group, Dynergie energetically and professionally facilitated a team of internal stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and structure ideas, with the goal of fostering a culture of innovation among employees. The roadmap developed at the conclusion of this work provides greater clarity regarding the actions that will be implemented within the company.

Cleantech Vallée, an association composed of private and public founders, enlisted Dynergie to lead, develop, and support the Cleantech Booster program. As part of its support activities, Dynergie structured the preparation sessions for the selection process and the participants’ pitches, organized events, and coordinated with industry leaders and companies to facilitate networking. They were also tasked with training the participants and raising their awareness of Cleantech Vallée’s key challenges. Thanks to their dedication, professionalism, and energy, the entire Season 5 cohort has become a close-knit and committed group that is making significant progress.

Dynergie’s support enabled us to further our thinking on an innovative project dedicated to healthy aging. Alexia shared her expertise with us to help us develop a relevant and coherent service.
